Dem Hechanova is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and comes to this practice with a background in Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in 2007 and his Master of Public Health from Azusa Pacific University in 2019, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. He received his Controlled Substance Certification in 2015 and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Veterans Affairs Physician Assistant Association, and the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants. Dem practices medicine with compassion and places priority on patient care. He loves spending time with his twin boy and girl, playing, reading and just enjoying each other’s presence.
